Day Trip to Mt. Titlis
Description
The coach journey follows a route along the spectacular Lake Lucerne to Lucerne, where a short city tour takes in the Chapel Bridge, the Jesuit Church, and the KKL Culture and Congress Center.
After some free time to spend as you wish, the trip continues to Engelberg, where the Titlis Xpress cable car whisks you up into the high-Alpine glacier world of Mt. Titlis. The revolving Rotair cable car offers spectacular views into deep glacier crevasses and of huge icefalls, as well as of the breathtaking Alpine panorama all around.
You then have around two hours to explore at over 3,000m (10,000ft) above sea level, with the following highlights guaranteeing an unforgettable experience: the glacier cave, the Ice Flyer chairlift, the glacier park, and the Cliff Walk. All of these activities are included in the tour, but are dependent on the weather.

Wichtige Informationen TITLIS:
- Juni bis August 2026:
Die Bergstation wird erneuert. Der IceFlyer-Sessellift, der CliffWalk, die Gletschergrotte und der Glacier Park bleiben – je nach Wetterbedingungen – geöffnet. - Mitte August bis Mitte Dezember 2026:
Die neue Bergstation wird gebaut. Die Rotair-Pendelbahn ist in diesem Zeitraum ausser Betrieb. Der Titlis-Gipfel ist mit der TITLIS Connect Seilbahn (nicht rotierend) erreichbar. - Mitte August 2026 bis auf Weiteres:
Der Gipfel kann für ca. 1 Stunde besucht werden (keine Restaurantmöglichkeiten). Anschliessend erfolgt die Talfahrt zur Mittelstation Trübsee mit Aufenthalt von ca. 1 Stunde (Restaurantmöglichkeiten vorhanden). - Optionaler Besuch der Aussichtsplattform «TITLIS Horizon»:
Die Aussichtsplattform «TITLIS Horizon» kann optional besucht werden.
Kosten: CHF 18.00 pro Erwachsener / CHF 9.00 pro Kind.
Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort beim Guide in bar oder mit Kreditkarte. -
Hinweis zu Routenführung und Transport:
Routenführung und Transportmittel werden aufgrund der Bauarbeiten angepasst.
Aufgrund der Bauarbeiten ist die Tour bis auf Weiteres nicht rollstuhlgängig.
